Friendly and attentive service staff made our stay enjoyable.

Upon arrival, we faced an unkempt environment with both overflowing bins outside and road works ongoing, which was displeasing. The cleanliness in our suite left much to be desired. the floors were dirty, and the shower had broken parts. the food quality in the restaurant fluctuated significantly, with some days presenting cold offerings that seemed unappetizing, leading us to eat out for dinner several nights.

I had a great stay! The varied dining options and themed nights kept meals interesting, and the pool was fantastic despite being a bit chilly. I wish the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough in the rooms.

Family with children will enjoy it

The staff were amazing, always helpful, especially the bar staff who were friendly and quick with drinks. The pool area was nice, a heated pool was a surprise,, and plenty of snacks including ice creams were available around the pool.

It wasn’t very inexpensive,, but the overall experience was still acceptable.

The room I stayed in had a lovely spacious setup but lacked air conditioning, which would have been a huge help in the heat. It was clean and tidy upon arrival, but I did notice it could use some updates. The breakfast spread stood out, featuring a nice mix of hot options like eggs and bacon, along with fresh fruit and yogurt. The layout was spacious, allowing everyone to find a seat comfortably. The pool area was clean, with plenty of sunbeds available, although the smaller pool wasn't heated as expected, making it less inviting for a swim. Staff interactions were mostly pleasant, though I did encounter one manager who seemed quite rude during a request. This stood out because the rest of the staff were friendly and made efforts to ensure everything went smoothly. The entertainment options available in the evening added fun, but sometimes the noise from nearby centered around the kitchen area interrupted a peaceful vibe. Finding the right balance between cleanliness of the dining area and food offerings could enhance the experience. For an enjoyable stay, it would be great if improvements could be made regarding room amenities and management interactions. my time here was decent, with the potential for much more if minor issues could be addressed.

More shaded seating areas by the pool would help.

The staff were exceptionally engaging, taking the time to show my daughter and her friends various roles around the hotel, from reception to the kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from El Castillo, and the variety of inclusive dining options catered well to all tastes.

Perfect winter sun getaway

We had a fab time! The place was super clean and the bar service was spot on. Luis was always there with a smile, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delish, especially the fresh salads. Can't wait to come back!
